should I just pop a nice marinade on it and cook as is or should I try to do a roll not a fan of stuffing though hit me with you best ideas she is about 2.1kgs worth
We're doing turkey with stuffing, pork apple and sage stuffing. I got the recipe from this years free woolies magazine. The outside is just melted butter brushed all over it seasoned with salt and pepper.
lime its already butterflied i think i might just marinate in some cranberry jelly and bake I'd love to BBQ but am not pulling the BBQ out for this and we dont have a hooded one here now if was down at Agnes it would go in the hooded BBQ LOL
