Veal Stir Fry recipes

I accidentally bought veal strips instead of beef strips.
I have had a google around, not much is jumping out at me.

What is your favourite veal strip recipe. It doesn't have to be a stir fry, it could be anything, even a stewy sort of thing, or scallopini?

I have never used veal - but it's just young beef isn't it? How about stroganoff?

This works for all meats

Marinate veal with a couple of tablespoon of oyster sauce, a teaspoon of sugar, pinch of salt, pinch of pepper, tablespoon of cornflour

Chop some veggies and garlic

Heat garlic in pan, put in meat and then veggies

tenderise them, and make goujons (sp?? mini schnitzels) and serve with sliced steam potato, garlic mushrooms and greens.

or a plum based stirfry with waterchestnuts, baby corn, lots of greens, red capsicum and noodles.

also yum!
