    The Marydean special:
Ball up some wildberry or tropical sorbet using a melon baller than refreeze on a tray (do a whole tray because they're nice).
Add a ball or two to a champagne glass and fill with your choice of soda water, lemonade, fizzy apple, or non-alcoholic sparkles (eg Maggie Beer Sparkling Ruby Cabernet). Everyone else will want one too so they can have it with regular champagne or a spritzer over the top. Cheers!

best one I've ever, ever had was an apple and ginger mojito.

guessing the recipe, I'd make it like this:

2 springs of mint (about 8 leaves) - mashed up a bit
    1/2 cup apple juice
    1/2 cup ginger ale
    decent squirt lime juice
    crushed ice

    yum!!

Can't wait to try it tomorrow night, especially with how hot it's going to be!!
