I need to meal plan, I need to do it to be healthier (and hopefully lose some weight!). But I also need to do it because we can't afford to go to town every week for a shop.
So I've got a few ideas; like meatballs and quiche for mains, savoury muffins and muesli for snacks and breakfast.
The hard thing for me is that the kids are on a high-fat high calorie diet where I need to be on a low-fat low calorie diet. VERY HARD!
So some pointers would be great and some meal ideas would be awesome too (no food allergies here so blast away)
