I had my EC today and received the devastating news that of the 14 eggs collected, 8 are immature and the last 6 all have Vacuoles.
This is my third cycle and this has happened on all cycles. My FS thinks the Endo is causing the egg quality problem.
Have any of you had success with vacuoles? I'm now n the 24 hour wait to hear if they have fertilised, so need some positive news!
Hi, am making another plea to anyone that has had success with vacuoles? Just had my EC for my 4th cycle and all 10 have vacuoles again. Only 1 fertilised and is on board. But I am so worried that it isn't going to work.
I just need some positive news that someone else had a BFP with vacuoles?
I just saw you still haven't had any responses, and wanted to say, although my tiny collection of eggs didn't have vacuoles, I wish you the best of luck with the one you have on board.
I wonder if people who haven't answered are not sure if their own poorer quality eggs had vacuoles or not. It sounds like a degree of specificity that not every FS/embryologist would go to the lengths of explaining. Some people whose eggs had vacuoles may have just been told they were poor quality and left it at that, perhaps.
Have you introduced yourself on the LTTTC and AC thread https://www.bellybelly.com.au/forums...-a-180696.html yet? You'll find a whole bunch of ladies going through all sorts of levels and lengths of AC for support and understanding, and I know that a lot of the ladies would keep up with everybody more through that thread than through individual topic posts.
Thx so much for responding, I will have a look at those threads. I have done so much googling about it, I am sending myself mad as just can't see much positive news with it.
