    cheap children's curtains?

    Hi

I am looking at buying some curtains for the nursery (boys room). Any ideas? I can't believe how much curtains cost - and i am not a crafty person so no hope making them!

I have always gone with neutral curtains in my kids rooms, and then accessorised with other things like bedding and artwork. I have always bought mine at Spotlight - pre-sewn ones in packets are relatively cheap and I know you said you don't sew but if they aren't blackout ones, it is worth buying some blackout on a roll and getting someone to run it along the top to add the weight if they are a bit lighter! Good luck!

try spotlight ;-) they have some that are not too expensive - and if you know someone who has a sewing machine - you can buy them already made - just cutting the length you need and sewing up the sides. ;-)

Ikea. You can see the different patterns and prints online, to decide if you like any.

I like block out curtains and like tanstar I got neutral ones from spotlight when they had one of their regualt sales. If you wait for a slae you can save 30-50% off. For this bub I needed net curtains for the room and got some cute tab top ones with coloured spots from spotlight
