No matter how I sit lately I feel like I have a constant stitch where I think I little knee or foot keep pushing. Any ideas on how I can shift bub to give me some relief?
Ouch sounds un comfortable nel, maybe bub is laying on something like. Said, have u go a Swiss ball a home, maybe sitting or bouncingn the ball could help? Otherwise I'm nt sure what u could do sorry
Nel I just saw this. I think positions that give baby ample room and that tilt your pelvis forward may provide some relief... Like not curling up on the couch, sitting backwards on a dining chair, spending some time leaning forward and rocking/circling your hips on all fours.
