I've always found that the first sleep happens quicker - so waking at 6.30 back down at 8.30 up at 10 back down at 1 or 1.30 and up at 3 or 3.30 - into bed around 6.30 or 7.
DS has just gone 7 months and the last few days has been impossible to settle for his third little cat nap he'd normally have around 4 pm. He's also showing signs of wanting to be awake for longer.
Roughly what times are good for 2 sleeps? Or how much awake time? He generally wakes for the day around 6.30 am.
Also how much awake time before bed?
Thanks in advance,
Fiona

If awake at 6:30am, back in bed by 9am for however long then after lunch and awake by 3pm and in bed between 6-7pm.
Of course this totally depends on the litte one's co-operation![]()
Yep, ditto to roses.
Same, when DS was that age, he'd be awake about 6-630, back asleep 930-10ish, then the arvo sleep about 3ish, very similar to the OP![]()
