I'm heading back to work soon and I'm thinking that the best way to shake the 20 odd kilos that comes with having 2 babies in 18 months is to get a personal trainer to come to work. I've seen a personal trainer before in their studio and I got great results. Work is really the only time I have available. I get a lunch break and there is a park right next to the office. I'm thinking a 30 minute work out would suit me great.
No idea what one would cost to come to your work place but I only pay $15 for an hr at my pt house. I am guessing it would be at least double if not triple of that. Have you googles mobile personal trainers??
I pay $55 at the gym, $50 if I go to his other place of work. I've paid $60 for 45 min with an old trainer. My current sessions are an hour. You could expect to pay between $50 and $120 an hour. Make sure you check their credentials.
A one on one PT session for me is $60 for an hour.
I do a private 'bootcamp' type session with my sisters and a few friends on a Saturday morning and it's between $10 and $15 each for 45 mins (depending on numbers on the day).
