Disposable Nappies - girls vs boys

My little one (girl) is now sleeping and napping on her belly and i am finding that the nappies are on occasion leaking through the top of the front of the nappies.
Does anyone know if because the boys nappies seem to be designed to absorb more at the front and girls at the back if perhaps it would be worth changing her into boys nappies for sleeping and keep girls ones for during the day?

When my girls started to leak through their nappies, I found just going up a size worked a treat.

I don't get boy/girl nappies... My girls have always pee'd more towards the front... Makes sense as that's we're the uretha is, boys get their penis pointed down yet the supposed extra absorbent part is at the front not underneath
So after all that I'd either try a boy nappy or a unisex one or as LC said go up a size!!!
