anyone have a childcare discovery stroller?????HELP

didnt know where to post this but ive rescently bought one secnd hand and ive used it a few times fine but yesterday and stilll now i cant get it down!!!it wont budge ive spent ages all arvo and evening and i cant get it down!!!when i first got it the lady showed me and i had trouble but once worked it out was fine but here i am stuck again!I had to try jam it in my boot open!!!i love everything else about it,one other thing is there a way to get the wheels from swivling it seems hard to turn?Thanks!!

There is the two buttons on the handle, and the red pull lock on the left side of the handle. Pull the red lock up, then press the back then front handle buttons and push the handle downwards and it should start collapsing.
