Anyone had any BFP after transfer of slow growing follies??

Hi girls I'm on my 9th round of ivf unfortunately eggs are not great quality!
Had a 7 cell grade 3 transferred today on day 4 it is really slow in growing and we where not given much hope!!
Would love to hear any of your stories!
