So the road to the new me starts tomorrow

I am hoping to lose a total of (at least) 15kgs by the end of this year so i can be happier and healthier within myself, and of course so i can be a hot mumma and one that my girls or husband will not be embarrassed of Oh and not to mention i wanna look real good for my Uni Graduation

So any tips or words of advice that will help me get through?
