A small container with a secure lid would do yoghurt. Not sure about freezing it though.
DD's school is rubbish free, what about yogurt??
Anyone else's school like this, do you and yogurt with your child?
I want o freeze those stick ones for her.

Wow Rubbish free. That's impressive, most schools around here don't even follow the healthy canteen guidelines. Can I ask is it public or private? Have they given you any information onwhat is and isn't allowed?
i bought a nude food mover lunch box, it has two containers in it, a green and orange ne, theyre perfect for yogurts
I use mini plastic tubs which are great for yoghurt or you can set fruit and jelly in them for a different treat. If you do a yoghurt then freeze it and add it to the lunch box frozen, it will be semi melted by lunch and will keep everything else full without taking up the space of an ice block.
Yup nude food mover here toolittle round containers work a treat
yip our daycare is rubbish free and the nude food mover lunchbox is perfect. The little containers are fantastic. They dont leak and are a good size too. They were on special last week at woolies for $6.50 I think it was but they are usually about $12.
can little (school) kids open them ok?
My Prep boy has no trouble opening them.

This is what we have aswell, if you wanted to you could put the yoghurt in the freezer in the morning so it stays cool until say lunch time and it wouldn't be an issue, when i use ours i tend to freeze an ice pack and put it under the sandwhich (it has a sandwhich seperator) and then we have a cover for the lunchbox which is one of those thermal things, keeps everything cold & fresh.
