    Some days are hard

    That's all.

Some days are hard. Sometimes because DS is acting up. Sometimes because I'm tired and grumpy, making everything else seem harder than usual. Sometimes because DD is teething (or something) and grizzles away most of her day. Sometimes because I spend every minute of the day feeling like an inadequate parent. Sometimes all of the above.

No need to reply. Just in a bit of a parenting funk atm.

    Oh Sterla

We all have days like that hun, and you are by no means an inadeqaute mum! Raising kids is hard work, and takes a lot out of you. You are doing the best you know how, and that's all anyone can ask.

Wish I was there to give you a cuddle irl

I hear you. Some days are hard. The good thing is, they end. Eventually. And then there is another day, full of possibility.

DH works at a small company, so he really only likes to leave early for proper reasons (e.g. an emergency). Me having a crap day doesn't really count.

I always feel so silly complaining. I know so many people who have it much harder than little ol' me.

What others go through and their problems do not make how you are feeling any less important. I hope tomorrow is a better day and that your DH is home soon.

Oh my poor sis You are doing a bloody fantastic job. you know what I said to DH last night? I told him that I don't want to parent like my sister (ie, yelling etc), I want to parent like YOU - because you parent your children with love.

So even though you may feel like you are doing a crappy job, there is one chick here that thinks the world of you and thinks you are the BEST - and wants to be more like you.

Sorry you are having a crappy day, wish I was there to bring my monsters around and you can see what crappy parenting really is.. LOL

    Love you xxxxxx

Oh hunni, I was like this when DS was little little, and I only had one of him to look after! I used to stare at that clock wishing it would go faster and wondering how people cope with more than one! Massive hugs, can I suggest a 5 minute cuppa and lock the kidlets in the laundry????? Just trying to make you laugh hun. Hope your day gets better

Too bad! (I class this as a proper reason, though)
