He will not stay covered

My DS is nearly 1 and has never liked being wrapped or covered up.

I am now stuck because with this eratic QLD weather we are having he WILL NOT stay covered not even just under a sheet and as its been muggy the fan has been on and the window open but he is still incredibly hot to touch yet no temp.

What do I do when the weather starts to get cold? He wont even sleep in a grobag or any sort of sleeping bag. Just screams and wont sleep but as soon as you take it off he passes out.

I have no idea what else to try. at the moment he just sleeps in cotton shorts and tshirt pj from Kmart.

My DD is a bit like that! In winter I dress them both in those fleece all in one PJ's that way when they wiggle out of the covers they are still warm enough.

will he wear a sleepsuit? they are kinda like a onesie but go up to size 6 I think. I've seen them in Target and Big W

I might give it a go. Its not like it gets freezing cold here I just worry that he will get cold and not know how to cover himself.

He is ok with a bonds wondersuit so I will keep an eye out. Do I just get them from Target and Big W?

Both of mine are the same. You can't really do anything. I just dress them warmly and don't use covers. DD1 is a bit better now, but in winter I used to just put her in a bonds wondersuit and if it was really cold then flannelette PJs over the top! lol. Tried a sleeping bag and she hated that too, tried to kick it off like blankets.
