Recommendations for a good re-useable swimming nappy?

So far we've been using Huggies swimming nappies when we go to the pools, but sheesh they're expensive, especially as I'm planning on taking DS to swimming lessons once he's old enough. I've seen a few mums out with cloth swimming nappies and seen a few online, but am a little iffy on how they'd handle a BF poo without it leaking into the water?

So wise lovely ladies, hit me with your recommendations for your favourite swimming nappy?

We use a Motherease swim nappy, bought from Cotton Bottom for around $20 I think.

I've had two kids in them now and we've only had one poo but it was all contained!

I used to use a pocket nappy with good snug leg fit (Bum Genius for us) with out the insert put in, as you just need containment rather than absorbency.

I have a Monkey Doodelz swimming nappy which has been great - used for both girls and still looks really good.

I use monkey doodlez and they worked well for the bf poop that we had to catch once - no leaks (until I took it off when we got changed afterwards but that was caught by the swimming towel)

I too just used one of my pocket nappies without the stuffing. It was green kids from memory.

You can just wash the sposie ones. I used to chuck them in te wash, and could get about 8 swim lessons out of one. As long as they are not phooey.

I also use Bright Bots and they are great! I have also washed Huggies swim nappies if there is no poo in them and reused them a few times and found this works really well also.
