Years ago a work friend put me into dandelion tea (yum) but I hadn't had it for a while so grabbed some at the supermarket.
Aside from the no caffeine is there anything else 'good' about it, any health benefits?
It is sweeter and seems to have more sugar than normal tea but as I've stopped having sugar anyway I don't think it's TOO bad the once in a while I drink it.
Is it ok for the girls???
