Words.

DD2 is now 15mths and talks really well (well I think she does) but I keep getting told she is not talking, just repeating. She has about 15 words and each one she always uses in the right context so to me this is talking, am I right?

Sounds pretty right to me. Talking-repeating..they are still words IMO and if she is using them in the right context then she is actually listening not just hearing

Sounds just like DD. She's got about the same amount of words.
I reckon it's 'talking'. I wouldn't worry.
