Just wondering if anyone is following the Paleo diet, and how they're going?
DH and I are 14 days into a 30 day challenge, and I'm bored. We were given some recipes, but the person running it pulled out, so the recipes I've got are boring me.
I'm not but have a book on it. Check out the Eat Nourishing website. You can search recipes by type of diet requirements. The lemon coconut slice is to die for.
You may be interested in the Nourishing Traditions book as well. Lots of recipes.
