Birth Certificate Application Question

I find forms so confusing and ambiguous but having particular trouble with this one part especially...

Question 6: Previous children of THIS relationship...

Do we put down DD1? She is my daughter, DD2s sister, lives with us full time but not biologically DPs so does that mean not technically of THIS relationship??

It feels like she should be included on the birth certificate to me but wouldn't want to fill things out incorrectly and stall the process considering how slack I've already been in getting things done so thought I'd check if anyone knew how it worked exactly?

She's not included. It's only children of THIS relationship. Biological or formally adopted.

Yeah it sucks, none of my kids are on one anothers birth certificates.

It does ask if there are children of yours and not your DPs I think im not to sure I think it was the next question after that one.
