    Celebration of Pregnancy!

We have all been through so much to be here. So many ups and downs, and way too many heartbreaks. And I've just noticed our general pg after LTTTC thread is full of our worries and fears =( which is absolutely understandable!! but girls, we walked through fire (and more) to be here! We have little miracle people growing inside our tummys!!!!! We need to celebrate it =)

So lets all say some great things we love about being pregnant. No worries, no fears, but lets share what we experience when we have that small little moment when we let ourselves be happy, and we get that warm feeling and an uncontrollable smile that washes over our face, and a nice little boot in the bladder/ribs/cervix/bellybutton just for good measure =)

My little one all ways aims straight for my belly button. It makes my belly ring tingle, and is such a weird feeling I have never experienced before, depsite making a weird electric feeling all over me that is sometimes unsettling, only lasts a second, all I want is for Spock to do it again!

I'm also excited to say, I think i have my first pregnancy related stretch mark!!, Sure its only and extention of an old one I had that must have been long enough to be on my tummy... it is a stretch mark on my pregnant belly!! *squee*

These silly little things make me smile and feel so warm and fuzzy inside. Whats yours?

I love this - thank you for starting it. Congrats on your first stretch mark!

I have two warm fuzzies. The first is baby hiccups, which seem to make her really cranky because she kicks like crazy when she has them.

The second is from our 3D ultrasound, when we saw our little girl frowning - frowning! - when the ultrasound tech tried to get her to move. I cannot believe they have moods in the womb.

I feel so blessed to be pregnant, every day.

    Hi,

Mine's watching the face on our nearly 4 yr old son, when bubs kicks his hand on my belly. When she goes quiet, he calls out to her 'come on bubs, give us another kick'.

The anticipation and lead up to seeing her for the first time after birth is something that I love.... I dream about what her little nose will be like, does she have hair, what will my husbands reaction be when he sees her for the first time, staring into each others eyes. I spend most of my time at the moment dreaming about those things lol.

Feeling feminine and truly womanly with a pregnant belly & body.

You also can't beat feeling a good wiggle or seeing some little feet poking out the side of your pregnant belly.

I'm not quite there yet. What I celebrate is the fact that the TTC journey is over, at least for now. Pregnancy feels more like a respite than something to celebrate. I'm sure as I heal more from that journey, I will embrace this pregnancy a little more. I know I loved hearing the heart beat for the first time yesterday (yay!) and that did help somewhat to move forwards.
