Anyone used one or know what i'd be expecting to pay for one?
What is a mummy nanny?
a nanny type person that has thier own child while they look after yours also.
Just Googled it (never heard of a Mummy Nanny before!) and an Australian site I found said they charge about $12 per hour.
I'm not sure I get it. Is the advantage that they're growing up with another child?
I don't really know about the "mummy nanny" concept but I do use family day care. That's where a parent (usually a mummy) looks after children in their own home. There are lots of quality standards involved, I would be wary about using a service that isn't scrutinized or regulated in some way as to the quality of care like Fdc is.
