Talking to my BIL today, it occurred to me that I'm not sure if there are any good Indian restaurants in this town! So, this prompted me to ask you all to post your best recipes from India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Burma, etc (wherever), covering curries (mild to hot!), side dishes, desserts, and whatever else you may have. The more genuine the flavours, the better!
At our old, old house, we went to Indian for dinner a few times with BIL and his partner, and it is something we all enjoy, so I think it would be more fun to have a dinner party at home, or even just to have some good recipes for cooking for the family.
I really hope lots of people post! Thank you! (Pizza and Indian food are what I miss the most from Sunbury. Sad, I know!)
