Goat Milk Soap for eczema ?

i was wondering if anyone has had much luck using goat milk soap to treat eczema? I've been recommended this by the lady at the local health shop to treat my rubys skin but haven't really heard of it before and I'm a bit reluctant to use something I've never heard of ! on the other hand, rubys skin is so bad at the moment, its breaking my heart :-( any advice would be amazing!!

we use it for Fia and it seemed to help but most of all it was getting the moisturiser (qv balm for us) onto her skin within a minute of getting out of the bath with no rubbing by the towel so basically it was onto wet skin to seal in all the moisture for her skin.

I wouldn't use any soap at all on most of her skin - just on her bum if needed. And no shampoo either. Almost all things come off with warm water anyway.
