Don't buy any and have sweet fruit instead - cut up an apple & snack on that, a mango or banana?
I've found substituting with something else a little healthier often works.
Is there anything anyone has done/used to stop these. It's crazy! I try not to eat choc/lollies when i'm craving sugar but then i give in because it want it more!

What about home made mini fruit muffins?
Green tea - have cup. I find it kills the sweet craving and if you do grab something sweet, it tends to taste awful with the stuff.
If I am really desperate for something sweet I eat some raisins.
If you can manage to go without sugar for a week, the cravings do fade and it becomes a lot easier.

Coconut, a hand full of shredded coconut is sweet enough and good for you as well.
