    Can you freeze cooked fish.....

    ...that was thawed???

    DH bought too much fish that had been thawed so I cooked the fillets and froze then, is that ok??

    I would have thought so. Can't see why it would be any different to freezing a lump of mince, then defrosting it and making spag bol, and then freezing that. Not sure what it will do to the texture of it though - you know how sometimes things change after being frozen and fish flsh is generally pretty delicate. You might have to defrost it and then put it into something rather than just eat the fillets IYKWIM. Mmmmmmmm. I think I might need a fish curry for dinner . . .

    Thanks lulu that's what I thought, but I can be a little paranoid about food and freezing etc...I crumbed the fillets then oven baked, will jut heat from frozen

    Totally fine. Only thing you might notice is frozen cooked fish can go a little mushy in texture when reheated. But it's not bad. Somifvthis happens dont panic and think its off xxx
