I like 'a' ending names for middle names, and out of the two, I like Louisa. But of course they are all beautiful and you will love whatever you choose.
Louiza, Louisa, and Louise are all names carried on my maternal side mainly first names but if not then the second name. It is a name we will continue but we have all three spellings in my family and I'm unsure of what one I would like to use tbh.
Louiza is my great grandmother, Louisa is my grandmother and mine is Louise. I always thought I would use my great grandmothers spelling but now I'm not too sure
I also have a few more of the above dating back again of of course too
Oh and we don't even know what sex bubs is yet lol and won't till birthing day

i would go with whichever holds greatest meaning for you. were you closer to either your grandmother of great grandmother? which flows better with the other name (first/middle) and just looks right?
I was lucky to be close with both as my great grandmother passed when I was 8 or 9 years old. I'm pretty sure it will end with a but unsure of the s or z spelling
i prefer the S spelling personally - no idea why though! i think it just looks more right or something! lol
I like them all and I think it will depend on the first name you choose and how that is spelt. Louisa has a softer look to it I think.
I love the "s" spelling.

I thought the Z spelling was made up at first because I haven't seen it before and replacing an S with a Z would be a kind of 'in vouge' thing to do. But I do love Zs in names and knowing it is such an old name it would have to be the winner for me!!
Personally I prefer the s. I agree with Kazzo that the z looks too hard. But it's a beautiful graceful name either way.
