Please help with ideas for DH's birthday pressie

    Hey everyone,

Thanks in advance for your ideas, but I am needing to get DH a birthday pressie for his 33rd birthday.

    A little about him:

    He is not materialistic.
He never expresses a want for anything ('cept a bubba)
He has lots of big boy toys.

    He does like camping.
    Going for drives.
He loves spending time with our dog. (his bestie)

I had thought of a ps3 (yes I know, they've been around for ages) but tbh I don't want to encourage him being stuck to the tv...

I work away, so will miss his actual birthday but I don't have time for the "handmade from the heart" type of gift. I want to give it to him as soon after I get home as possible.

    Any help/ideas would be appreciated.

Does he like do activities with your dog. You could always look at some agility equipment or flyball that he could teach your dog?

Maybe go to a camping store and see if any new must have items have come out?

Or a weekend away somewhere that he could take your dog?

An experience. Driving a race car, flying a plane, riding a harley... anything you think he might like to try?

Yeah, those are always good. I got DH a Glider experience a few years ago and he said it was amazing, flying with no engine sound. To high and scary for me.

I love the idea of experiences, but unfortunately most of those experiences have a weight limit of 120 kgs and DH over that... We're both trying to lose the weight, but I'd hate to give him a gift he couldn't use...

I'm liking the weekend away (with the dog of course) lol.... I'll never forget after we got Ninja the Ginja we were sitting on the front patio with him, DH looked into my eyes and said, don't you feel like a family now? bahahaha Sweet man he is...
