Involuntary arm & leg movements in 15 month old.

My 15 month old DD has been unwell and I don't know if it's related to that or not but the last 2 nights we've all had no sleep. Tonight when she fell asleep I noticed her arm was doing a repeated circle motion, her legs were jerking etc. She would relax for about 30 seconds and she would have the same involuntary movements again. I'm really concerned, is this normal? Why does it happen?

My son used to get like that when he was tired. It was like he had less energy to gain control of his limbs so would go back to being a baby.

Hope you all get better soon.
