should a bleeding nose be checked?

DD3 hit her nose pretty hard. We've had bumped noses before. Plenty of times! But never blood...
Should it be checked out, or will it be right? She'd forgotten about it before it actually started bleeding.

Only if it lasts for more than 10 minutes. If she bumped it though, it shouldn't take too long to stop. Just sit her down, lean her forward and pinch her nose. Poor lil chicken
