    Cherub baby VS Avent??

so i'm in the market for a new pump.

I have used an AVENT ISIS IQ when I was exclusive expressing for ds1. This time around i'm looking at a dual pump to make life easier.

Have any of you used the Cherub Baby NatriFlow Dual Electric Breast Pump? It is about $100 cheaper than the Avent Dual pump, but i'm wondering if i'm wasting my money on the cheaper one?

I was happy with my Avent, but its over 4 years old now and it has been used ALOT so its time for a newby

I haven't tried the electric pumps, but I did have an avent manual pump. And it was really great. I thought my hand would get tired from squeezing the 'trigger' type thing, but it really was easy to use. I would only imagine the electric type of the same brand would be a million times more awesome

I bought a cherub kit before I had DS (came with bottles, hand pump, steriliser etc) and TBH I wasn't impressed with the quality of any of it, the microwave steriliser is the only thing that actually got used. I found the hand pump really clumsy and poorly designed and within two weeks of having DS went out and bought the Avent electric - which I love! What I had was clearly different products to what you're looking at, so I don't know if it's relevant, but just though I'd share my experience with their products. HTH

    thanks ladies

MissE - when you say hand pump, do you mean a manual one? I haven't really found any good reviews so far about the cherub products. Maybe I should stick with what I know

forshelby - the electric ones are so much quicker and you can find ways to keep both hands free and express at the same time, couch cushions come in very handy at these times
