    laundry Q: washing breast pads

ok, so I love my cloth breast pads. so much nicer on sore nipples than disposable ones!

but cloth plus lansinoh over a long period of time equals not so absorbent breast pads, as bit by bit, the main part of the pad is coated with dry lansinoh ...

how do I get them spanky clean again??

give them a scrub with a toothbrush and either sunlight soap or a tiny bit of dishwashing detergent and lots of rinsing.

Well I can only tell you what a starangelk strip wash is

Wash in the highest amount of water possible with a few drops of dishwashing detergent on a long cycle. Then rinse, rinse, rinse until no bubbles.
