I am chasing some easy to follow diets/recipes to help with liver function. I don't drink alcohol very often (a glass of wine every now and then... very rarely!) I don't eat a lot of bread and when I do it's wholemeal. I've seen a dietician recently and my diet is pretty good. I have another appointment in 2 weeks with her but I just wanted to get some specific recipes (a soup would be good ) to help with liver function/cleansing/detox.
