    *TMI warning* bowel movements

How many of you have had, um, interesting? bowel movements since being pregnant?

Last week, I couldn't poop. This week, I can't stop pooping (bad diarrhea ). Is this normal?

I had Fibogel on Thursday night to help it along, all good Friday & Saturday. Sunday... one bit into lunch and had to run to bathroom. It hasn't stopped I haven't eaten anything that would usually cause this (dairy products, I'm lactose intolerant), and I don't feel unwell. I don't get it.

yeh mine have been all over the place. mostly constipated though - but thats due to my gut issues more than pregnancy anyway.

    the joys of pregnancy huh

if you have the juice of half a lemon in a cup of warm water every morning before breaky it does help with digestion (among other things) and might help keep you a bit more regular?

Yeah, that sounds pretty normal to me! Pregnancy wreaks havoc on your bowels!

I took Benefibre daily in both my pregnancies to keep me regular and I suffered from loose bowels in the third tri both times but if I didn't take the Bebefibre, I'd quickly block up. Go figure!
