    T-Tapp: anyone tried it?

I've just ordered a DVD. I still can't run with my SPD and I'm having trouble motivating myself. I tried calenetics years ago and found it effective, but the DVD I had was shocking production, so I chucked it. T-Tapp reminds me of it.

Apparently with T-Tapp, you dont need any equipment, which is good for me, as my weights have been collecting dust and are about to be sold. I figure I can combine this with pilates and some yoga (again the SPD thing) and build up to running again.

I ordered the DVD specifically targeting the overweight, older or need rehab. Hopefully I can do it regularly. I miss being fitter. Unfortunately, they dont seem to have any trainers in Australia, so I'll just have to go with the DVD.

Has anyone else tried it? Any success?

No idea about T-Tapp but one of the girls in the gym yesterday was raving about deep-water aerobics when she was rehabilitating from injury.
