I struggled with this cause one of the things im allergic to is nickel.. Which is in alot if jewellery including my own medic alert braclet so i cant wear it!!
If you look on the offical medic alert place (website, pamphlets at drs surgery) where they have a register and everything, they have a 'sports' option which is fabric. if that is a option. not sure about sillicon tho..

I like the idea of badges since DD1 is still so little. All I have to do now is figure out the ettiquite of it all. When I drop her off to play or visit a new person's house, I really need to say "please don't feed her without my permission" but that seems to imply that the other mother might do that. lt's so frustrating to take her home and that tell tale nappy rash and then the blood.

You need to pack a lunch box for her and say only food from there. And I'd only give people one chance. If they feed her then she doesn't go again
