The Magistrates Court or VCAT?

We have a customer flat out refusing to pay. By the sounds of things, he believes he has found a loophole where he doesn't have to pay because the work he asked for was extra to the original job quoted.

So the only way to get the outstanding money is to fight it out. Sigh. I know VCAT is long waiting times, but is it better than going to court or vice versa?

Lol Onyx, I know what I'd like to do!!!!! Unfortunately, the work can't be undone.

I suggested to DH that he get the guy to come here and do some work that we need done but DH won't hear of it :/
