gro bag success in a bed??

Lady has never slept with blankets on as she is the biggest helicopter sleeper ever! The last two winters she was in a grobag with no issues, she loved them.
Now she is in a big girls bed she still kicks her blankets off, but it is starting to cool down at night time. Grobags say they are good for up to 36mths but is that successfully?
Anyone used one in a bed not just a cot? Is it worth me getting the next size up for her do you think?

Yep, our Moo was in a bag up until very recently. We turned his cot into a toddler bed and he refused to use blankets and insisted on using his bag! I didn't know how he would go but he managed to get in and out very easily, could get up onto our bed in the mornings too...gee he could move quick in that thing

We stopped using them on DS1 when he was about 20 months as he was pulling them off and chucking them over edge of cot. So I bought the fleecy all in 1 PJ's from Target that have grip feet on them and he sleeps in them and DS2 does as well now, DS2 is shocking at keeping blankets on so its great for him.

We used Grobags on DD1 in her toddler bed (cot converted) until she was 26.5 months. She made the call to use the sheets and doona on her 'big girl bed' (king single) so that's when we stopped using bags. We would have continued using them had she wanted to or needed to but she's taken to normal bedding well and can pull the bedding up (or down) depending on the temperature.

We used a grobag in a bed for ds & it was fine. I think we ended up maling the switch in summer when it was too warm for the grobag he had.
