I was just wondering if when u give your bub a bottle of EBM do u always pump when u get home to take out the missed feed? Sometimes I express jus before I go out so technically taking the next feed but other days like today I used this mornings expressed milk and so therefore feed his 1pm feed from a bottle and we didn't get home till just before and he will normally have a feed around 4pm - will this damage my supply if it's only occasionally this happens or do u recommend always expressing the missed feed?
