Feeding ebm - missed feed

I was just wondering if when u give your bub a bottle of EBM do u always pump when u get home to take out the missed feed? Sometimes I express jus before I go out so technically taking the next feed but other days like today I used this mornings expressed milk and so therefore feed his 1pm feed from a bottle and we didn't get home till just before and he will normally have a feed around 4pm - will this damage my supply if it's only occasionally this happens or do u recommend always expressing the missed feed?

It should be fine for supply if it's occasional. I was expressing while at work and DS1 would have feeds at different times to my expressing and it didn't interfere with my supply. I was working full time as well.

if it's a once off, no.

if it's going to be regular, then yes, to maintain supply.

if you're uncomfortable, then definitely!
