He has been taking his nappies off lately and wants to wear a pair of jocks. Today I cant get any jocks on him or a nappy and he is currently running around the house naked! We occassionally put him on the toilet but as of yet he hasnt done anything in there and isnt telling us when he needs to go. If we ask him do you need to use the toilet he will sit on it but not for very long.
My 3 yr old niece loves being naked. Anytime she has a bath at my parents place, as soon as she's dry she runs around the house and sticks out her bum for everyone to give her a little smack then she squeals and giggles and runs to the next person and it goes on and on until someone else decides it's time for her to get dressed. Apparently the other night she was hot so stripped off to her undies and refused to put anything else on except her new boots (she's such a girl and LOVES shoes). A friends daughter who is a similar age does the same thing, runs around the house and yard naked when she can. I think it's just one of those 'kid things'
when we undress DS for his bath, if we dont pick him up straight away we have to chase him around the house to catch him to put him in the bath! he thinks its an awesome game!
My DD used to always take her nappy off, not to run around naked it was just because she could do it. I resorted to using nappy pants on her as these were harder to get off and she stopped trying to get them off. Now however she has gone back to normal nappies again and is fine (after about 3mths of nappy pants use) but she does insist on taking her nappy off for bath time or when she gets dressed or needs a nappy changed.
Unfortunately sher decided after she had a dirty nappy one day to take off all her clothes including the nappy and then come tell us she had a pooey bum. Luckily the nappy stayed upright and she didn't sit down anywhere.
