Our DD did this and usually it was either because she had lots on her mind or worms. I wormed her just in case and it seems to have settled down. You can get mouth guards from the dentist but not sure what age they will fit them from

He's already asleep when he does it, it's just when he stirs. Like when he's coming out of a sleep cycle or when we are co-sleeping and DF and I come to bed. He stirs a little and grinds he teeth for a few seconds before dropping back into a deeper sleep.
Does that make sense?
I dont think he has worms. Will do a google and see what the symptoms are but I havent noticed anything out of the ordinary.
my DD did the same thing, she was seen by a dentist around the age of 2, and we were told not to worry about it. By the time they are old enough to safely use a mouth guard they have normally grown out of the teeth grinding
