Subbing fresh garlic for powered when not being cooked?
So I forgot to buy fresh garlic and I have some powered stuff for back up but have only used it in something that was going to be cooked.
I'm making tzatziki and it tastes a little bland without it but I don't want to add the powered stuff and ruin it!
Any idea if it'll be ok to use?

Can you try the powder with some of the mixture first. I really don't know what powdered garlic tastes like, so couldn't advise on quantities
