What are some great Mexican dishes to cook when you have guests?

I am making a lime rice bake with beans in it and it goes really well with sour cream, tabasco or chill sauce and jalapenos but I'm not sure what else I will serve other than salad.

I wanted to steer away from regular Mexican food such as tacos etc and be a bit more creative. Any suggestions?
