    its a dummy question

DD3 is my first baby to use a dummy, she loves it. But because Im new to the whole dummy thing, I was wondering what the lifespan of a dummy should be? Is ther such a thing as a dummy life span?
How often you do replace dummies?

I've read soemwhere before three months use and then replace - but I think it would depend on how often they are used.

There's an age on the dummy packet, like newborn, 6+ months and so on, so you will need to replace them anyway. They kind of get a bit rough rather than smooth and the plastic goes a bit cloudy instead of being clear if they need replacing before then.
