Family Tax Benefit A - when is the upper cut off limit??

I'm confused as to which table I shoudl be looking at for FTB A. As usual the Centrelink number is engaged and I have been trying for the past few days. The website has two tables, one shows the cut off including the supplement, the other shows excluding the supplement.

Which one should I be using to see if we qualify?

the cut off excluding the supplements, is the point at which fortnightly payments stop. the one including supplements is the absolute upper limit. so if you're thinking about a claim at the end of the year, the one inclusive of supplements is the one to work off.

What happens if we are entitled to FTB A & maybe a little bit of B but we don't claim until the financial year reconciliation?

    Will we still get it?

Thanks BG. Simple answer as always and Centrelink makes it difficult to understand.
