Recommendations for particular Hypno or calm birth CDS/books

as the title says, im looking for recommendations for particular Hypno or calm birth CDS/books.
looking on line and there seems to be several different ones. which one did you use, did it have lots of talking/guided hypnosis or was it mainly relaxing music?
would you recommend it?

I haven't used any books or CDs other than the actual Calmbirth ones. I did the course though, so not sure if you wanted to look into that but it's something I highly recommend!

Only because it was the course I did - there may be Aussie versions out there - Marie Mongan's Hypnobirthing. The CD uses American narrators, but I can't say I found it off-putting. Hypnobirthing, however it's learned, is brilliant and worth its weight in gold

Enchanted, we are looking for one we can do at home, we cant get care for DS for when the course near us is run.
