I'm trying to cook Italian every night this week but I don't want to eat pasta every night and the boys don't love Minestrone like I do so I need some ideas....

I have some ox-tail in the freezer so I might drag it out and do a version of Coda alla Vaccinara.
Then I can serve it with crusty bread so the kids can have their carbs...
