PUL is leaking?

Sorry for the double post but I mentioned in another thread that my new Cheeky Butts AOIs seem to be leaking through the PUL. I noticed it mainly around the Cheeky Butts label on the back (it is stitched into the PUL) but also a little in random parts of the PUL. Is the PUL faulty? Or can i fix it?

I'd get on to the place you bought them from if you're sure it's not wicking from round the sides.

There's a bit around the sides but definitely through the PUL.

The PUL will be compromised by the stitching - it creates small holes. Also, if the stitching is cotton, not 100% polyester, it will wick the moisture through it.
If it is apoblem with the laminate itself, try putting it through a hot dryer, this often helps.

If they are new, I'd contact the manufacturer before doing anything to them. Good luck!

They are new - I emailed Cheeky Butts and they just suggested I try a booster. This does help but they are no way near as absorbent as my Bambooty or IttiBitti nappies. I've emailed back mentioning the leaking around the stitching so we'll see what she says. They were on sale so not a massive loss as I only bought three but still... They fit nicely and are bright pink so I want to use them.
