    Silverside on a pressure cooker

Anyone know the best way to do a silverside in a pressure cooker?

My cooker has some basic instructions, but I am unsure of qty of water. DH made me cover it last time and it was not 100% cooked, so I was wondering if less water is meant to be used?

    TIA

Pressure cooker or slow cooker? Pressure cookers are really fast aren't they?

Pressure Cooker. Yes, much faster. My cooker can do both (slow and pressure).

    Silverside on a pressure cooker

Just checked my trusty women's weekly pressure cooker book. For 1.5kg they use 6 cups water. I've done it is my cooker before & it comes out great. Cook 45min... I have An electric one so leave mine on high. Hope this helps
